With over 12 years experience in business and marketing, sales and customer service, Karen set the company up in 2004 with a vision. Our excellent team, the growth of our client base and our inspiring offices in Appley Bridge are all testimony to the continuing success of this vision.

Caroline Eccleston – Head of Sales
With 9 years experience in sales, customer service and recruitment. Caroline brings to touchbusiness an exceptional sales talent and an inspirational leadership style. Caroline’s friendly and proactive account management and her passion and understanding for clients’ individual business goals and targets allows her to tailor campaigns and objectives so that reporting and results are in line with clients' needs.
Caroline is responsible for the daily management of the sales team she is an excellent communicator with a real talent for encouraging and developing individuals.
