Formerly Pyramid Interactive, this Manchester based IT company came to touchbusiness requiring a completely new corporate identity. We gave them just that, following the new name, branding and website touchbusiness continue to provide Inform with telesales, copywriting, advertising, exhibition management and marketing consultancy.
Inform provides business IT solutions, capabilities, support and IT systems to clients throughout Manchester and surrounding areas. With over 50 years combined experience Inform had built up a small client base, and were experts in their field.
They did however want to take the business forward, generate new business, acquire new customers, and build their brand. Inform approached touchbusiness to help them do this.
touchbusiness knew that getting the brand right was the key to their success. touchbusiness aimed to give Inform a clear brand identity that differentiates them from the rest their competitors. Inform underwent complete re-branding, with a fresh identity emphasising quality and professionalism. touchbusiness also transformed their digital brand, designing and building a website, giving Inform a completely unique, informative and functional site.
Inform were keen to reach into new markets and generate new business. touchbusiness carried out a series of telemarketing activities to increase brand awareness and convert prospects into customers through appointment setting. In addition to this touchbusiness provided design and print services for Inform's debut event sponsorship at The Manchester Law Society's charity ball in February 2007. touchbusiness provided an 8 ft pop up stand and a banner stand for the event.
